Purchases may be made directly off of this web site, over the phone or by fax if you have a
Business Account set up with us. We accept Master Card, and Visa credit cards for all purchases.
Business checks, personal checks and money orders may also be used for payment with prior written
approval. Please note that any payment made by check will result in up to a 10 business day shipping

Ashtincomm Shipping Policies
Generally all items purchased from this web site, over the phone or by fax for our Business Account
clients are shipped the same business day. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped
the next business day. We ship via UPS Ground unless an alternate shipping method is requested.
Other shipping methods we offer are UPS Overnight, and UPS 2nd Day which are available during check
out. We DO NOT ship using United States Postal Service. If you need more information about our shipping

If you are ever unhappy with any purchase please Contact Us immediately we will remedy the
situation. We pride ourselves in our guarantee and return policy, if you are not happy, we
are not happy! Please do not return any item to Ashtincomm without first contacting a Customer
Service representative for return and/or exchange instructions. Please have your Customer Invoice
